On the edge of the wastelands is a forest called Shadow Grove, where Pendrel lives and operates her club; "The Hive". Humans and demons alike come from all around to visit The Hive for a good time, but don't often realize the dangers hidden within it until it's too late....

Pendrel is sweet, flirtatious and comes off as ditzy or distracted. Underneath however, hides a carnivorous psychopath that uses her club as a trap for her prey. Pendrel has a need for feeling in control and in power, and she can manipulate her still living prey by using her potent venom to essentially mind-control them. Upon meeting Needles, she gains both an attraction to him and his power, and plans to find a way to keep him for herself...
